Clark School PTO – work on memorial garden project continues.
Clean Up Day – April 9. Was a successful event, many bags of trash removed and limbs trimmed. Some plantings and beautification as well. This can be repeated in annually.

Monticello Overlook to become condos
Ready Restoration has left half of its building which will become an art and wine shop.
Jeff Easter purchased the grass lot and small building across from Douglas building.
Will be parking for construction crews for now, possibly a 3 story building later?
The former Shull’s station renovation is not on a fast track
